ARN Media Limited is a public, locally owned company deriving revenue from the operation of audio and digital businesses across Australia. ARN employs approximately 1337 staff and is headquartered by their Sydney office.

ARN Media Limited (formely HT&E Limited) operations can be grouped into the following four divisions: 

• ARN (Metro & Regional) - This segment comprises of Metropolitan and Regional radio networks, on-deman radio, streaming and podcasting in Australia. 
• HK Outdoor - This segment is based in Hong Kong and is involved in advertising, i.e billboard, transit and other outdoor advertising 
• Investments - This segment invldues controlling interest in Emotive Pty Limited (creative agency) and quity accounted investments in Soprano Design Pty Limited (software vendor for secure messaging services) 

HT&E Limited’s (formerly APN News & Media Limited) operations can be grouped into the following four divisions:

• Radio: This segment comprises the Australian Radio Network. Its brands consist of the KIIS and Pure Gold networks as well as iHeartRadio, The Edge 96.One and Mix106.3 Canberra.

• Digital: This segment comprises of four brands: Conversant Media, Emotive, iHeartRadio and Unbound Group.
• Conversant Media operates a number of online platforms including, The Roar, The Roar TV, Lost at E Minor and Techly.

             iHeartRadio is a live event and digital radio platform that allows listeners to create their own customised radio stations with content from Australia, New Zealand and the USA.

             Emotive is an independent content marketing business that works in partnership with HT&E representing iHeartRadio in particular.

             Unbound Group is a creative communications group using advanced technology to connect consumers with brands.

• Outdoor: This segment comprises in-bus advertising in Hong Kong via its Cody Out-of-Home subsidiary.

• Events: This segment is a joint venture between HT&E and IKON Media & Entertainment. Its purpose is to manage niche events. In partnership with Gfinity Plc, it has launched Gfinity eSports Australia. This runs two eSports leagues, “The Elite Series” and “The Challenger Series”.

Furthermore, following the acqusition of the Grant Broadcasters digital and radio business, the company also operates several regional radio stations across Australia.
